Kearns Bezar

Kearns is an independent property developer having worked in both the residential and commercial property ownership and development for over 35 years. He established and successfully operated his own building company. Kearns was a Director and development manager of the Peninsula Club Retirement Village in Whangaparaoa.

He has also established a Charitable Trust, Respite NZ Trust, for adult dementia and elderly day-care.

The pilot model of this residential day-care is Platinum Community Care. Kearns is a Board Trustee and contributor.
